Our products are manufactured by third-party manufacturing partners who separately hold valid FSSAI manufacturing licenses/registrations for the respective categories of food products, and are packaged and sold under the Wellza brand. Product-level details, including the manufacturer’s FSSAI license number, batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry/best-before date, are printed on each product’s label/packaging, as required under applicable food labelling regulations.

3. Nature of Products

3.1 The products listed on this Website fall under the category of nutritional/dietary supplements and food products, and are regulated under the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, Functional Food and Novel Food) Regulations, 2016, as applicable.

3.2 As required under applicable food safety regulations:
